           Long Clawson has been making Stiltons for over a hundred                Flavor
           years, and are still using the traditional methods today.
           When you hear Stilton, the first thing that comes to mind is               •  Sweet
           the great British Blue Cheese, but the white version is the                •  Fruity
           same PDO protected cheese without the blue veins of
           Penicilium roqueforti, and is usually a little younger than             Texture

           Stilton Blue.  It is a delicate white cheese, with a fresh, mild           •  Delicate
           taste and a crumbly texture. For the Blueberry Fayre, a

           White Stilton with Blueberries, the soft berries are blended
           with the mild cheese to create a visually striking wheel.               Pairing
           While it is often thought of as a “dessert” cheese
           (remember when cheese courses ended the meal?), it is                      •  Tawny Port
