            It all starts with the milk, fresh milk from Alpine, Nubina and Saanana goats

            are carefully and lovingly raised at Lindale Farm. Carefully selecting the forage,
            fiber, grain and grazing that the goats the enjoy keeps them healthy and the   •  Creamy
            cheese delicious. The delicate milk is handled with care at each step of the

            process. With twenty years experience, the techniques preserve the goodness
            of the milk and create the flavor and texture unique to Goat Lady. cheese.
           Carrie and Bobby Bradds continue the work started by the “Goat Lady,” Ginnie Tate, in 1995, on a worn out tobacco
           farm in Randolph County. The land is protected under a North Carolina Piedmont Land Conservancy easement that
           ensures it will always be used for farming. They make an array of very unique cheeses, including ash-coated, smoked,
           and hard, aged goat cheeses, a mixed milk cheese and a cow gouda. In addition, they make a few very delicious flavored
           logs and fresh chevres for food service in logs and pails.  For slicing, spreading, crumbling or use as an ingredient, these
           are truly “best in class” chevres.
