Holding cabinets with a 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and doors. Each unit can hold up
to four full-size sheet pans or eight full-size gastronorm pans per compartment and
compartment includes one Simple Control with on/off power switch; up and down arrow
keys with a temperature range of 60°F to 200°F; heat indicator light; temperature display
key, and digital display. Dual purpose—functions as a holding cabinet or as a dough
proofer. Each compartment is equipped with two stainless steel universal side rails and
four sets of chrome plated pan slides designed to accommodate standard full-size pans.
Pan supports are adjustable in sixteen positions on 1 /4" centers. Units come standard

with one set of 5" heavy-duty casters, two rigid and two swivel with brake. *Other sizes

Designed to fit on top of a 500 series Cook & Hold Oven or Heated Holding
Cabinet.This versatile carving station can also be located on any solid work surface.
Soft, gentle Halo Heat radiates from the recessed carving shelf surface, while a fixed
lamp assembly provides greater ambient surface temperature control. Constructed
with 18 gauge stainless steel and includes one on/off power switch and one
indicator light. Heated shelf base is controlled by one three-position toggle switch
for low/medium/high heat.The 250 watt infrared heat lamp is controlled by one
on/off switch.The exterior has a recessed surface to catch drippings and is

furnished with one set of 1" legs and one 13 /4'' x 16" x 1/2" cutting board.The
sanitary cutting board with gravy lane is completely removable. NSF and USDA
listed.The clear glass guard is easily removed for cleaning.There are no screws used
to hold the guard in place. Simply slide the guard out of the tracks and clean. *Other
