               To Whom It May Concern,

               Pursuant to current 2013 Model Food Code 3-402.11 requirements for destruction of  parasites in
               frozen fish supplied by PanaPesca USA LLC, this confirms that the products are commercially
               frozen at -35ºC or below until product core is solidly frozen to -18ºC (0ºF) or below. Product is then
               packed and placed in frozen cold storage at -18ºC (0ºF) or below for a minimum time period of 7
               days.
