        Products produced by and for King and Prince Seafood are processed in accordance with applicable Federal
        regulations. All products produced by and for King and Prince Seafood operate under a HACCP program as
        required by 21 CFR Part 123, ensuring safe and wholesome products.  King & Prince manufacturing facilities
        comply with 21 CFR Part 117 Current Good Manufacturing Practices, subpart A and B.  Furthermore, King &
        Prince Seafood certifies that their products are produced in accordance with the applicable clauses of the
        Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with respect to the safety of the food supply and are registered as
        required by Title III of the Bioterrorism Act of 2002.

        Parasites are controlled in the King & Prince Seafood Cold Smoked Salmon by immediately freezing the fish
        at an ambient temperature of 4° F or less and in the primary processing plant via freezing and storing the
        portions at an ambient temperature of 4° F or less for at least 7 days.
