This document guarantees that all products that Acme Smoked Fish Corporation supplies to your
company have been produced in a facility that has carried out the necessary steps to comply with
the U.S.F.D.A. HACCP regulations as set forth in 21, Chapter 9, Section 342.

This document guarantees that all products that Acme Smoked Fish Corporation supplies to your
company have been produced in a facility that has carried out the necessary steps to comply with
the U.S.F.D.A. HACCP regulations as set forth in 21 C.F.R. Parts 123, 1240.

This document certifies that all products manufactured by Acme Smoked Fish Corporation is
parasite free and has been processed in accordance to scientific and validated procedures to
ensure the safety of the product.
• This letter also certifies that the raw material used to process products sold to your
company has been frozen at -4°F or below for at least 7 days and/or the raw material used
has been farm-raised and pellet-fed.
• This letter also certified these products are Ready-To-Eat (RTE)

This document guarantees that all products comply with regulations concerning CFR 21 Section
117 - Current Good Manufacturing practice, Hazard Analysis and Preventive Controls for
Human Food.

This document guarantees that all products comply with regulations concerning the labeling of
sulphites as per CFR 21 Sub Chapter B concerning food for human consumption.

Furthermore, Acme Smoked Fish Corporation is in compliance with the U.S.F.D.A. Bio-
terrorism and Response Act of 2002 requirement.
