Re: Parasite Free Guarantee

We hereby guarantee that the catfish products that we sell are in compliance with FDA
regulations, and are free from parasites.

In the Fish and Fishery Products Hazards and Controls Guidance fourth edition that was
published in April 2011 on Table 3-2 (Potential Vertebrate Species-Related Hazards) Catfish,
(Aquacultured) are listed as not having a parasite hazard.

We are testing and watch for any and all hazards. We are working with Mississippi State
University Food Science and other outside independent laboratories to verify that our product is
safe for human consumption.

All products that are sold by Superior Catfish Products need to be fully cooked before human
consumption.
